What the product does

Everything it does, and everything it does not

Split into what works today and what we are still building, so you can tell which is which before you decide. Nothing on this page pretends to be further along than it is.

Available now

Working today, on every plan

This is the product you get in your first term. No waiting list, no early access.

  • Pupil records that survive the year

Enrolment history per session, not a single current class. A repeated year, a mid-session transfer or a reprint of last year's report sheet are all ordinary operations rather than a rebuild.

  • Results and report sheets

Enter scores per subject per term, with your own grading bands and comment fields. Publish to parents when you are ready, and lock the term so a score cannot change after results go out.

  • Fees in naira, reconciled

Invoice per pupil per term, take payment by card or transfer, and see what is outstanding by class. Every amount is held as an exact figure in kobo, so a balance never drifts by a fraction of a naira.

  • A parent portal that works on any phone

Parents see results, attendance and fee balances for each of their children, including children at more than one of your campuses. Sign-in works with a phone number, because not every parent has email.

  • Attendance in under a minute

A class register a teacher can mark on a tablet between periods, with term-to-date totals ready for the report sheet.

  • Answers for the proprietor

Enrolment by class, fee collection by term, and outstanding balances across every campus. All in one place, without waiting for someone to assemble a spreadsheet.

A term's results, printed and locked

Your grading bands, your comment fields. Scores go in per subject as they are marked, you review every class before anything leaves the school, and publishing locks the term so a score cannot quietly change afterwards.

On the parent's phone the same evening

No printing, no queue on resumption day. Results, attendance and the fee balance for every child a guardian has with you. A phone number is enough to sign in, and nobody pays to open their own child's result.

Coming next

Being built now

Dashed, not solid, because none of it is finished. We would rather you knew that from across the room.

  • Next

    Fees that reconcile themselves

Each pupil will get a dedicated account number, so a transfer from a parent matches itself to the right child. No more reading a bank statement beside a class list.

  • Next

Admissions, from form to pupil record

A public application form on your own page, an application fee collected online, and accepted applicants becoming pupils without anyone retyping them.

  • After that

Report card comments, drafted for you

Drafted from each pupil's own scores, attendance and last term's trend, in your school's wording. Your teachers review and edit every one before anything is published, a term's comments become an afternoon's reading.

  • After that

    A website for your school

Built from what you have already entered, your crest, your term dates, your classes, with your events and news posted from the same dashboard. On your own address if you want one.

Further out

Decided and planned, but not started. Listed so you can see the direction, not so you can plan around it.

  • Staff payroll and payslipsSalaries, deductions and payslips, with what has actually been paid out tracked against what was owed.
  • Expenses and a full cash pictureMoney out as well as money in, so a proprietor can see the term's position without assembling it from three places.
  • Computer-based testingTimed tests a pupil can sit on a tablet, built to survive the connection dropping mid-paper and to sync when it returns.
  • Lesson notes and curriculumNotes per topic, shared across class arms, readable by pupils and parents and printable when a supervisor asks.

None of this is built yet, and we would rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise. When a capability does arrive, schools already with us move onto it at the price they are already paying. What the product does not do is on the how it works page, stated just as plainly.

Start with one term and see if it holds up

We will set up your classes, import your current pupil list, and walk your staff through it. If it does not fit how your school works, you have lost an afternoon.
